Howard Drukarsh

Co-Founder, President and Broker of Record

Howard, excels as Broker of Record and a very successful entrepreneur who understands the foundation of real estate. He began his career in 1984 after a successful career in advertising and marketing. After becoming registered as a Salesperson, he continued courses and obtained his Broker’s designation in 2006. During his sales career he achieved numerous sales awards.

In 2004, he founded Right At Home Realty with Arthur Bartram, formerly Vice President/Division Manager for Royal LePage Real Estate Services/Johnston & Daniel Division and Ronald Peddicord, formerly Senior Vice President Development, Oxford Properties Group. The company was founded on the premise that salespeople who embraced technology would be attracted to the unique and profitable business model of the brokerage.

Howard is currently serving as TREB’s Director at Large 2015-2016. He is a member of the Board of Directors at Right At Home Realty. He has been a member of the Arbitration, as well as, Public Relations Committees of the Toronto Real Estate Board. He is currently a member of the Chairman’s Advisory Council for Habitat For Humanity, Toronto. Howard was a member of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), Board of Directors, Region 1 for 2013/2015.

Michael Weber

Vice President, Operations

As Vice-President Operations, Michael brings to Right At Home Realty over 25 years’ experience in finance, operations, facilities, administration, human resource management and compliance. His expertise in these areas adds much welcomed bench strength with his management of risk management/compliance, REALTOR® services, project management, training & education and call centre operations.

Michael previously held the positions of Chief Operating Officer at Jones Lang LaSalle Realty Inc., Senior Vice-President, Administrative Services at Merrill Lynch Canada, Vice-President, Administration & Finance at CitiBank Canada and General Manager, Real Estate Services at the Ontario Realty Corporation.

Annum Siddiqui

Director of Accounting

As the Director of Accounting, Annum is responsible for the company financial management, financial and operational analysis, statements and reporting. Being the head of the accounting department, she ensures that the department and the organization is ASPE compliant. Annum contributes over 9 years of expertise in Finance and Accounting obtained from manufacturing, retail, wholesale, finance and marketing industries.

She obtained her Bachelors of Commerce in Accounting from Concordia University in 2009 and completed her CPA, CGA designation in 2013. She has previously held position as the General Accounting Manager at Returntrax Inc. for 4 years before joining Right at Home Realty Inc. and she has been volunteering with CRA-CGA tax volunteer program for the past two years.

Gene Cheng

Richmond Hill & Vaughan Branch Manager, Broker

Gene has over thirty years of Real Estate industry experience. During his long and productive career, Gene has worked for three major real estate organizations; Century 21, Coldwell Banker and Royal LePage and established an enviable track record in both Sales and Management.

Some of Gene’s previous roles have included Vice President for a major property developer, Mortgage Brokerage Manager and a very successful Real Estate Broker generating a high volume of sales. Gene later became a Professional Coach and mentor and entered the Learning & Development industry throughout North America and Asia Pacific. Among his international clientele were executives from Fortune 100 companies, as well as award winning Canadian real estate professionals at various levels.

Tony Slavin

Durham Branch Manager, Broker

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Tony Slavin worked in the Banking industry as a Manager; with companies such as Canada Trust, Canada Permanent Trust, Avco and Associates Finance. In 1988 Tony obtained his REALTORS® license and in 1996 owned and operated a Sutton Group Franchise for 5 years before converting it to a Century 21 Franchise. From 2002 to 2011 Tony worked as a Broker and Broker/Manager with Remax before joining Right At Home Realty to became the Durham Office Manager.

Having lived in Durham for all of his life, Tony has many contacts and connections to the Durham Region. Having raised 5 children in the area Tony is firmly established in the Durham Marketplace. Tony is a Commercial Council Member, a licensed Mortgage Broker and an Accredited Green REALTOR® encompassing a well rounded skillset for managing a busy and highly productive Real Estate Office!

Throughout Tony’s career he has served on many Real Estate Committees and continues to upgrade his education and knowledge of Real Estate. Tony enjoys dealing with people and is very involved in community events.

Richard Weima

Burlington Branch Manager, Broker

Richard's passion for the real estate business began early , when he accompanied his father, a premier home builder and developer in Sarnia, to his many new home sites during the 60's and 70's. It was an exciting time for home ownership in Canada and Richard learned about the industry literally from its foundation.

At 21, Richard obtained his real estate license , gravitating naturally to new home sales and then resale. Sarnia's vast petrochemical industrial base afforded a rich, corporate relocation environment in which he developed appraisal and negotiation skills. Four years later, recruited to open and manage the new Royal Trust (later Royal LePage) branches in Sarnia and Chatham. As a young broker of a new company it was both exciting and challenging to recruit, train and mentor colleagues.

After ten successful years with Royal LePage, Richard accepted a new challenge, moving to Burlington to manage the Canada Trust office at Appleby and New Street in Burlington. Later, he managed Century 21 in Oakville, increasing its success to the top 21 offices in Canada during very competitive times.

From 1990 to 2015, Richard returned to his sales career as an award winning Broker Sales Representative with Royal LePage. He was one of the first in the industry to develop his own website and personal online marketing. In 1996, started his VirtuallyOakville.com portal style website, and actively promoted the Oakville community with his "Greetings from Oakville" postcards and "Selling Oakville" Marketing. He was also actively involved in the Oakville & Milton Real Estate Board, as Director, Vice President and President. Involvement in the Board has provided Richard with another opportunity to learn trends and bring changes to the real estate industry.

With a 40 year tenure in the real estate profession, Richard has been a part of tremendous transformation. Information sharing, Public Access and Technology have all contributed to improve the speed and efficiency of service provided to the real estate consumer. Richard is excited to return to management as a Branch Manager with Right At Home Realty. Confident that his experience in sales and years of leadership will bring trusted assistance to his sales associates in reaching their goals and success. Harry Nastamagos

Mississauga Branch Manager, Broker

Harry was born and raised and has spent his entire life in the Greater Toronto Area. He attended Don Mills Collegiate during his High School years and went on to attend York University where he graduated in 1988 with a B.A. in Economics.

He was then hired at Bathurst Sales, a Health and Beauty products distributor, where he was the Junior Purchasing and Operations Manager. While working at Bathurst Sales and, at the urging of his father, he obtained his Real Estate Licence in 1991 with the Toronto Real Estate Board.

Harry’s first experience in sales came at Imperial Coffee Service in 1992 where he was the Territory Manager for mid-town Toronto. After spending 4 years at ICS, Harry then went on to run two family businesses over the next 6 years in which he was able to increase sales substantially at both businesses.

While his Real Estate career started out on a part-time basis, he finally committed full time to Real Estate and worked at Century 21 and Re/Max where he achieved his Sales Awards. He finally made the move to Right At Home Realty in 2007 where he obtained his Real Estate Broker’s Licence and in 2009 obtained his Mortgage Broker’s Licence as well.

While working at various brokerages and Right At Home Realty, Harry was able to start and grow his own and his family’s Real Estate Portfolio which allowed him to hone his skills qualifying Tenants and Property Management as well as case preparation and presentation at the Landlord and Tenant Board.

Although Harry’s initial area of practice was on Residential Real Estate, his passion became Commercial Real Estate where his focus was on the Sale of Businesses and Investment Properties and, in particular, Analysis of Investment properties. He also continued to focus his continuing education on Appraisal and Commercial Investment Analysis.

His motivation in moving into the Branch Manager position with Right At Home Realty is to become a Mentor for agents that are in the early stages of their Real Estate career. He looks forward to this new challenge in his Real Estate career with much excitement and eagerness to help his fellow colleagues at Right At Home Realty.

Eduard Novak

Don Mills Manager, Broker

Eduard brings a wealth of experience from a strong background in various aspects of the real estate industry. As an award winning realtor, he has been involved in deals pertaining not only the sales and leasing of residential properties, but also the sales and leasing of retail, office, multi-residential and industrial properties, as well as land assembly.

He has also owned and operated Toronto’s second largest executive housing rental company and a real estate brokerage. Eduard is dedicated to the professional, ethical and detailed customer service. He loves to help seller-clients achieve the highest value for their property, or find the right property for the buyer-client at the lowest possible price.

Despite his love of the “deal”, his other passion is sharing his experiences with other realtors - coaching, mentoring, supporting, and seeing them succeed. Eduard is looking forward to making a difference at our Don Mills office and Right At Home Realty.

Tim Andrada

Assistant Manager/Sales Representative

Tim started his real estate career as an administrator in 1999, he joined the Right At Home Realty team in 2013. Tim has worked a variety of positions in real estate such as Listings Co-ordinator, Branch Administrator, Licensed Assistant, Sales and has worked with Top realtors in the industry that specialize in luxury homes. He recruits, trains new realtors and administrators, and oversees the administration team at the Don Mills Branch. Tim has passion and extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and enjoys all that the industry has to offer.

He is looking forward to growing and continuing his career with Right At Home Realty, as he sees the company as a unique, competitive and innovative brokerage being the largest independent brokerage in Canada.

Dan Goldsmith

Assistant Manager/Sales Representative

Dan Goldsmith started his Real Estate career in 1988 and brings 28 years of Real Estate experience to Right at Home Realty Inc., Brokerage. In 1988 Dan obtained his REALTORS® license. Since them, Dan has earned top sales awards with RE/MAX, Sutton Group, Century 21 and with Right at Home. Dan has been a new home director at Planit Real Estate and Re/Max West and has sold more than $170 Million in New homes since 2002.

Having worked and lived in the GTA east for the past 28 years, Dan has many contacts and connections to the area. Having raised a family in the area Dan is firmly established in the GTA east marketplace. Dan continues to upgrade his education that now includes Accredited Buyers Representative(ABR), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Canadian Employee Relocation Council Designation (CERC) designations, encompassing a well rounded skillset.

Throughout Dan’s career he has served on many Real Estate Committees and continues to upgrade his education and knowledge of Real Estate. Dan enjoys dealing with people and is very involved in community events.

Liant Torres

Assistant Manager

Liant, arrived from Venezuela 16 years, her background is in Graphic Design and Business Administration. She started in real estate by pure luck.

Her first experience was designing real estate feature sheets for the new guys on the block Right at Home Realty in 2004 from there she moved to Royal LePage Real Estate Services were she worked as a bilingual (Spanish-English) receptionist then as a real estate assistant to one the Top Producer realtors at the branch. After working for a few years as an assistant she got her real estate license, she tried it for a bit but realized she likes to be on the other side of the river, she went back to Right at Home Realty as a Branch Administrator for the Mississauga office in 2010 were she found her passion by helping and coaching her realtors. Liant’s goal is to become a RAH branch manager.
